Design
We will work with you to design your dream Garden Room, from size, shape to interior finishes, Wheather you want plaster or wood.
Build
From the minute we walk on site there will be a minimum of disruption for your family. All debri will be removed at the end of the day leaving your garden in prestine condition.

Specifications Of Garden rooms
Here is an explanation of the methods and materials employed to construct our range of Garden office rooms.
Foundations
With concrete slab foundations, the vegetation is removed from the site, and the ground excavated – the depth will be dictated by the site conditions and the size of the building. A layer of hardcore is laid and then compacted to create a solid level base. Concrete is then poured and leveled.
Structure
The floor, walls and roof are made up of frames, comprising of horizontal timbers at the top and bottom of the frame and vertical timbers in-between. The strength of these frames is determined by the dimension of the timbers and the gaps between them.
Roof
All of our roofs are constructed using quality graded pressure treated timber. 18mm sheeting is then fixed to the rafters, and a breathable membrane to prevent condensation. The roof is then covered with either rubber or a heavy duty felt which ever you prefer.
Insulation
The roof has 150mm acoustic insulation in between the joists. The floor has 25mm PIR foil backed Kingspan sheets in between the studs. We also offer an insulation upgrade of PIR foil backed Kingspan for the roof.
Exterior Cladding
High quality Western Red Cedar, 18mm by 150mm. Western Red Cedar is the ideal natural material for cladding garden rooms and outdoor buildings due to the natural preservatives contained within the wood,
Windows and Doors
All of our buildings are fitted with double glazed secure UPVC doors and windows. Windows and Doors and manufactured in Anthracite grey which is our standard colour.
Walls
The walls are built using structural grade 95mm x 45mm timber, then externally lined with 11mm osb sheets to add maximum strength and rigidity. The walls are then covered with breathable vapour barrier. This is done to keep moisture out but also allowing the building to breathe. Battens are fixed to hold cladding.
Electrics
Each garden room is supplied and fitted with a comprehensive electrics package comprising: a consumer unit, double electrical sockets, lighting and light switch. The electrics pack consists of 4 double sockets, Light switch, 4 external down lights or canopy down lights. All finished in white. Optional electrics are available.
Finishings
All our Garden buildings have traditional plasterboard walls and ceiling, ready for your personal added touch. (We recommend that you use a super latex high opacity matt or silk emulsion, also available for the wall is a 12mm MDF wall paneling system, this allows for a paneled finish to the internal structure).
